Larry Grossman (left), a candidate for the Town of Longboat Key Commission, is joining Lew and Steve this week to present his positions on some of the issues facing the residents of that coastal commmunity.

Later in the show Arthur Lerman, executive director of ITN Senior Transportation of Sarasota, will be in the studio to explain how that low-cost service helps many of the senior citizens in the area get around.

And, as the sun still rises in the east, more surreal news was made to be reported.

Fred is the founder and lead singer of the Five Satins. Fred Parris, in 1956 wrote and recorded what would become the #1 Doo Wop song of all time "In the still of the night". Don't miss this night of Doo Wop with Fred Parris and Danny C.
