WSLR has a volunteer-run news department headed by Alex
Newberry. We are always looking for people who are interested
and involved in the community to become volunteer reporters.
Do you frequently find yourself at City Council or County
Commission meetings? Are you a regular at your Neighborhood
Association Meeting? Do you attend special arts and cultural
events? Then why not take a mini-disc recorder along with
you and file a story for WSLR's local news.
