WSLR-LPFM “SUBVERT THE FALL FUND DRIVE CONTEST” RULES

Our contest rules and instructions on how to enter are available online at www.wslr.org. No purchase is necessary to enter our contest – you do not have to buy anything.
· Here is how to enter our contest:

* You can make a donation to WSLR-LPFM so that it is received before 4:00 p.m. Eastern time on October 14, 2008. Donations may be made in person, via the Internet at www.wslr.org, or by mail to “Subvert the Fall Fund Drive Contest” WSLR-LPFM, P.O. Box 2540, Sarasota, Florida 34230.

or

* Mail a postcard or letter to “Subvert the Fall Fund Drive Contest” to WSLR-LPFM, P.O. Box 2540, Sarasota, Florida 34230 so that it is received before 4:00 p.m. Eastern time on October 14, 2008.

All entries must include the entrant’s name, address, and telephone number

· Winner will be chosen at random at 12pm on October 15th.
· Winner will be announced on-air and posted on our Internet site on October 15th.
· All prizes will be awarded.
· All winners will be contacted by telephone or mail.
· All prizes will be mailed to the winners.
· Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes,
· WSLR-LPFM is not responsible for any telephone, telecommunications, or Internet malfunction; mail delivery service problems; or mail not received.
· This contest is void where prohibited by law.
· All contest entrants and prize winners must be at least 21 years of age.
· There is a limit of one winner per household
· WSLR-LPFM employees and volunteers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter our contest
· All prices are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
· Winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and all verbal and written communications with the station for publicity purposes.
· All decisions of the WSLR-LPFM judges are final
