Come out and experience two virtuoso folk artists laying it down individually and in duo performance.
Dan Landrum is the nation’s best known dulcimer artist, having been tapped for three world tours with keyboardist Yanni. Dan’s pioneering percussion-based approach to hammer dulcimer has taken him to major festivals throughout North America over the past thirty years.  Dan’s playing style ranges from expressive to exuberant, and one can hear influences from Celtic, Appalachian, ethnic, jazz, and rock styles. Not only is Dan without peer as a dulcimer artist, he is also a passionate humanitarian who harnesses the power of music for positive change.
Aaron O’Rourke began performing on mountain dulcimer at the age of 16.  Aaron has released three albums as solo artist and two albums with the Aaron O’Rourke Trio. His latest recording titled Unaccompanied features solo tracks on mountain dulcimer, banjammer (a banjo/dulcimer hybrid), and finger-style guitar. The album pulls influences from classical music, jazz and traditional fiddle tunes, while making forays into the raw energy of Aaron’s early years in a punk band.
