Thomas Carabasi New Jazz Standards Quintet present a tribute to Monk and Mingus. This quintet features some of the finest musicians in the Tampa Bay/Sarasota area – Thomas Carabasi, drums; James Suggs, trumpet; Jeremy Carter, saxophone; John O’Leary, piano; Alejandro Arenas, bass. The group reinterprets many of the jazz classics with a contemporary flair.
We’ll also be celebrating Dadeeo’s 90th Birthday – come early to join in the celebration.
