STORIES BEHIND THE SONGS
Music fans will gather to hear a trio of songwriters playing in-the-round in between sharing stories and describing their process.
Bob Linton
Bob Linton is a singer-songwriter from the Asbury Park area of New Jersey. Now residing in downtown Sarasota, Bob describes his music as acoustic rock that reflects deep human experience. ‘This life can be so beautiful,’ he says, ‘but no one gets through it without some dark days, and it’s what you do with that pain to foster growth for yourself and others that makes the difference.’ Bob recently recorded his debut EP of original material. The album, titled ‘Perfect Little World’, will be released in December.
Maddie Lin
Maddie Lin is a Sarasota-based singer-songwriter who loves to play country music! Singing since the age of eight, Maddie is a born storyteller whose original songs blend heartfelt moments, playful humor and real-life experiences. These ingredients, plus her love of animals, lends to a country style all her own. Maddie performs regularly on the West Coast of Florida. She is currently developing her original music and recording her first collection of songs.
Zach Regan
Zach Regan is a singer-songwriter from the South Florida band The 776. Born and raised on Southern rock, country, and folk, those roots run deep through the music he writes and performs. Their brand of Florida-grown Americana blends those influences into songs that feel distinctly their own. Check out the band’s debut album, Wolves, as well as Zach’s solo EP, Haunted, available on all streaming platforms under Zach Regan and The 776.
