On Monday, the Sarasota City Commission will discuss a proposed settlement by the Obsidian developer.  On Tuesday, the county attorney will update the Sarasota County Commission on its vote to rein in the Live Local Act. The county commission will also vote on allocating close to $21 million to the purchase of the Stickney Point Road office and retail complex. Also on Tuesday: The Sarasota School Board will discuss a possible settlement in its lawsuit against the Sarasota Tax Collector.
