On Monday, the City of Sarasota Commission will discuss proposals for a new logo and get a presentation about the use of transfer development rights to protect historical buildings. On Tuesday, Manatee County will formally transfer the Powel-Crosley mansion to New College, and North Port will officially end the development agreement for Warm Mineral Springs.
