Giving Challenge 2026
A 24-hour live community giving event at Fogartyville featuring music, art, poetry, nonprofit spotlights, and live broadcasts on WSLR community radio.

Fogartyville Community Media and Arts Center will host a Giving Challenge Pop-up Giving Station during the April 15–16 Giving Challenge as part of WSLR’s live Be the One-A-Thon broadcast.
The event will feature 24 hours of community programming streamed on YouTube and social media and broadcast on WSLR 96.5 community radio.
Participating nonprofits will connect with donors in person, host informational tables, and join short on-air interviews throughout the broadcast. Some partner organizations may also have performers, artists, or participants featured as part of the programming.
A creative community art session with music and live event energy.
An open mic featuring musicians, poets, and community voices.
Live poetry and spoken word woven into the 24-hour broadcast.
A sunrise reset to carry the community into the final hours of giving.
