As election season evolves it is important to continue to learn as much as possible about the candidates. This week, Margaret Good (above)  Democratic candidate for State House of Representatives District 72 seat will be joining Steve and Lew to talk about her brief record in the legislature and what she plans to accomplish when she is reelected. Good won the special election to replace Alex Miller who resigned before her term was completed. Nationally, that  race between Good and Vern Buchanan’s son James was viewed as a referendum on the President and perhaps an early indicator of a blue wave this November. Good handily defeated the younger Buchanan by seven percentage points in a district that Trump had won, which has been interpreted as good news for the Democrats. But Buchanan was a novice and this time Good is facing veteran Republican pol Ray Pilon who held the seat before Miller.
