This week, in our continuation of comprehensive election coverage, we are covering the Hospital Board candidates. In the Central, Seat 2 race we have Miglena Entcheva & Joseph J. DeVirgilio, Jr., and in the race for the Northern, Seat 1 race we have Russ Battiata and Jim Meister. With Election Day taking place this Tuesday, Nov. 6, canvassers are knocking on doors and ringing doorbells en masse. Sarasota County School has adopted additional trans inclusive policies across public schools in the area. Activist Bryan Ellis speaks on the local response to this policy change.
