and eras of this great American art form. Its eclectic and ever-changing mix will expose you to
old and new artists, from the legendary to the obscure.
A recently-retired real estate and land use lawyer, Larry Shind has been a jazz radio host for
more than 50 years at numerous community and public radio stations in Massachusetts. Most
recently he has been a long-time jazz host on WGBH, 89.7 FM in Boston. Larry is extremely
excited to bring his love of jazz to the Sarasota airwaves at WSLR and to reprise his college radio
jazz show name, the Jazz Kaleidoscope.
