Tuesday, the Sarasota County Commission will consider extending its environmental lands purchasing program, and the Sarasota School superintendent will give the board an update on the district’s substantial school makeover. The Manatee County Commission will discuss immigration status checks by non-profits. On Wednesday, the City of Sarasota Planning Board will weigh a developer’s request to abandon the Osprey Court alley, to tear down an (affordable) apartment complex and replace it with a condo tower.
