The Grass Is Dead, along with their alter-ego, Crazy Fingers, is based in Boca Raton, Florida, same town
as my cousin Craig resides in. One night a while back visiting, I mentioned that every time I came over,
TGID wasn’t playing locally. Craig asked, did I want to meet Bubba(bassist back then), that he lived in
the neighborhood. So we went to the opposite corner of the neighborhood, met Bubba, and talked for
maybe a couple of hours. I would love them to come play at Fogartyville!

Guitarist Cory was involved in an auto accident and his location was unknown for quite a while. He
passed away without regaining consciousness…
