ARConnection, led by pianist Pablo Arencibia and drummer Dave Rudolph, is an innovative ensemble that captivates audiences with their dynamic synergy and creative improvisation. Performing in trio or quartet formats, the band often features a rotating cast of talented bass players and guest artists. Drawing inspiration from musical legends like Herbie Hancock, Bryan Blade, and Chick Corea, ARConnection seamlessly blends high-quality musicianship with a spontaneous, playful approach to their performances. Both Arencibia and Rudolph bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their music, creating a unique musical experience that honors traditions while exploring new artistic horizons.

ARConnection draws on the rich performance histories of its members, who have collaborated with esteemed musicians and played at notable venues. Pablo and Dave have performed with internationally acclaimed artists such as Terrell Stafford, Dave Stryker, The Lennon Sisters, Scotty Wright, Donny McCaslin, and John Goldsby. They have also played at international festivals such as EuropaFEST in Romania, the Barranquilla International Jazz Festival in Colombia, and the Düsseldorf Jazz Festival in Germany. The band itself has graced stages at prominent institutions like the University of South Florida and the Charlene A. Gordon Theater in Tampa.
