STORIES BEHIND THE SONGS
Music fans will gather to hear a trio of songwriters playing in-the-round in between sharing stories and describing their process.
Lexi Long
Originating from Florida’s Space Coast, Lexi Long is an Americana singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose words dance with a catchy melody. Following the release of her debut studio album and vinyl record “Sunswept” she embarked on a never-ending tour throughout the Southeast, with shows stretching from Miami to Nashville. Lexi’s music has been described by fans as a breath of fresh air, touching genres reminisce of the early 70’s, but with a modern edge. Highlights of her performance include darkly humorous lyrics and virtuosic finger-picking abilities on her nylon guitar and banjo.
Adam Cotton

Adam Cotton is an independent songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist and producer. Born in Connecticut and raised by his single mother, Cotton found inspiring space in music early on, growing up with the sounds of Bill Withers, Culture Club, Springsteen and Bowie on repeat. When his family moved to Florida while in grade school, Cotton was introduced to bluegrass and folk scenes before moving to and studying music in Chicago where his affinity for blues and soul grew. All of these influences pour into Cotton’s sound, blending powerful, soulful vocals over driving, blues-folk guitar work. Cotton has self-produced three EPs and is currently working toward releasing his first full-length record, to be entitled MYSELF, in 2026. He also currently works with other local and regional musicians in his space of hosting a monthly songwriter’s round in his home town of Jacksonville, Florida, while regularly gigging across the Southeast.
Hannah Stokes

Hannah Stokes is an Orlando based singer-songwriter and jazz vocalist whose music flows between folk, R&B, soul, and jazz, offering a space where raw feeling meets timeless groove. With a voice both sultry and serene, she writes with lyrical precision and emotional clarity, crafting songs quietly arresting in their honesty and warmth. Rooted in a love of artists like Joni Mitchell, Lianne La Havas, and Norah Jones, Hannah’s style is fluid, intimate, and unafraid to sit in the complexities of love, time, and identity.
