Join us for a screening of Organic Rising followed by a panel discussion with local organic farm managers, Zachary Rasmussen and Natasha Ahuja from Gamble Creek Farms and Andrew Hudson from Community Harvest . Moderated by Steve Suav.
Organic Rising pulls back the curtain on the American food system, revealing the urgent stakes behind how our food is grown—conventional vs. organic—and the immediate consequences on our health and environment. The documentary deconstructs the often-confusing USDA organic label and farming practices, empowering people to navigate food choices with confidence. More than informative, the film allows viewers to reconsider their role in shaping a food system that is ethical and sustainable.
