G’s Musical Journey takes listeners on a voyage through music’s time machine, with stops spanning from the 1950s to the present.
Along the way, we visit our “University of Diversity,” exploring genres such as Doo-Wop, the British Invasion, Pop, Jazz, R&B, Soul, Acoustic, and hidden gems of Classic Rock.
Tune in and experience the powerful sense of transport that only music can provide.
I’ve been passionate about music for as long as I can remember.
From an early age, I was immersed in many genres—rock/pop, classical, country, show
tunes, jazz, and children’s music—all of which helped shape my musical identity.
I grew up playing guitar and later studied music at Skidmore College, where I earned a
degree in music education.
After college, I taught music in schools and through private instruction, and I performed
publicly on many occasions.
I also attended broadcasting school in St. Louis and gained on-air experience at the
program’s affiliated AM station.
Now, I am working toward hosting a community radio program, bringing together my
experience in education, performance, and broadcasting to share my love of music with
listeners. ~ G
