County voters approved Mike Cosentino’s Beach Road amendments, with 70% approving. The County has been fighting this voter mandate and winning. But there has been a Beach Road Re-Set! Cosentino’s appeal (which he lost) has been dismissed without prejudice because the 2nd District Court of Appeals lacked jurisdiction. What does this mean? It means it ain’t over Sarasota, and your vote may still count.
