On Tuesday, the Sarasota County Commission will vote on whether to allow 2,400 acres of rural land to be rezoned and annexed by the City of North Port, for development of Winchester Ranch. And the Manatee County Commission is expected to get an earful from public commenters about the cruise terminal project.
