Is there an alternative to the alternative? In the 50's the push back to some of the $#!@ Nashville was putting out came from Bakersfield CA area.   Somebody said " You got to know where you've been to know where your going.".  So.... 1st hour will be the artists who made up the first wave of the Bakersfield sound.  2nd hour will show case what may be know in the future as the Second Wave of the Bakersfield Sound. Big thanks to Todd Bugs of  Luck of the Draw for unwittingly providing the music for the 2nd hour.  Tune in for your cure to the Nashville rash.

She will join Lew and Steve in the studio this week with lots of stories from the road. But first, Mel Goodman, author and former CIA analyst, will comment on The Torture Report.

Later, inventor Dr. Paul Moller is going to tell about Skycar, his flying car (left), and how it will revolutionize personal transportation. Yes, you read right, A FLYING CAR!
