Maternally Yours: Can Children Remember Birth?

Join the Conversation on Tuesday September 22nd at 6:00 p.m. as Laura and Dana ask the question: can children remember their births? We'll speak with Jeane Rhodes of the Association of Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health, who conducted a study on the subject. We'll also hear an interview with the late Dr. David Chamberlain, a pioneer on the subject, and of course, the experts themselves: the children. Have a question for our hosts or guests?

No episode of “Yesterday’s Today” on Monday, 9/21, because it
is “World Peace Day”, with special programming throughout the
day, so I’m yielding my slot.

Be sure to tune in, though, because Sean Green, now hosting “The
Saturday Morning Cartoon Show”, 11a - noon, has a special show
all set up to celebrate the day.

All Things Rock featuring Indie and Non-Mainstream rock music moves to a new time Monday September 21st.  Host Gary O will present PEACE Rock Tunes in celebration of Peace Day on the 21st and will return to a format of Indie, Alternative and other Non-Mainstream rock tunes on September 28th and after.

Christine Bragale (left), the media director of Mercy Corps, a non-profit aid organization based in Portland OR, will join Steve and Lew to offer some insight into the flood of Syrian refugees escaping to Europe and what Mercy Corps is doing to help.

Later, author Geoffrey Gilson will talk about his book Maggie's Hammer, a chilling tale of murder, illegal arms sales and political chicanery at the highest level.

One of the ways people do that it to make movies, like the ones screening at the Fabulous Independent Film Festival in Sarasota, which we'll be talking about first on Renaissance SRQ this week.
