Short presentation about the meaning and importance of the Inner Transition and the seven stages of Theory U. We need to make inner changes for real outer change to occur and no one can do the work for/change someone else. How do we step out of destructive cycles and align with life-giving ones? Participants create their own plans for maintaining balance in their lives, using a tool called the Mandala of Life. In pairs, participants support each other in creating a personal action plan based on which stage they’re currently in, then share intentions for next steps with the whole group. 
PEACenter will offer a $1000 grant for the best idea to come out of the Collaborative Workshop
