Outta the Basement…..On the Road.

I started with WSLR playing Vinyl in the studio in xxxxx that ranged from the 60’s up to the 2010’s. Covid landed upon us so the studio was closed and we all started doing our shows remotely.  That worked out well for me as I like to travel.

I bought a ZOOM HN 4 stereo hand held recorder and hit the road. The first show in this new genre was from the 4 day music trip starting on the 4th of July in XXXX. After the fest I started a driving and train trip venture across the northern states and down the east coast back to Florida recording as I traveled. I returned with a great miscellaneous collection of music from a Communal gathering of neighbors in a brew pub just outside of Glacier National Park jamming their hearts out playing Irish music to a fellow at the McGill university subway exit in Montreal Canada mastering Stairway to Heaven.  The next year a 90 day Eurail pass did the trick, I even recorded Selwyn Birchwood in Shopppingen, Germany

2024 had me at 12 different musical festivals starting at the Festival International de Louisiane in Lafayette, Louisiana as a start, having a midway stop at the North Atlantic Blues Festival in Maine with the last stop in Wheeling West Virginia Heritage Blues festival.

You get up and coming bands in a pure outdoor setting. What I hear you get to hear.  Listen in.
