In our polarized political landscape perhaps no issue inspires more passionate debate than the one over a woman’s right to choose. That being said, it would seem that accurate reporting on that issue should be important, just be sure no one gets the wrong idea about what is true (not to say that accuracy of all reporting is important). Sharon Kann (above), Media Matters of America’s abortion rights and reproductive health program director will join Steve and Lew to talk about a recent poll conducted by Students for Life of America that alleges most millennials are pro-life. Media Matters analysis of the study indicated it should be taken with at least and grain of salt and that media report the results carefully. Inaccuracies abound as well as outright lies in the poll.
