Joining Steve and Lew is the new president of  the Florida League of Women Voters, Patti Brigham (above) who will explain why an interpretation of  election law by the Secretary of State Ken Detzner to disallow the use of the UF student union as an early voting site was incorrect, and most likely politically motivated.  I realize it is hard to believe the  Rick Scott appointee and ally would have any reason one way or another for making it more difficult for college students to vote, it’s just the law, man, and we got to live by the law. Right?  Patti Brigham was on the show earlier this year when she was first vice president  and chaired the League’s important post-Parkland shooting initiative to convince legislators to offer more than thoughts and prayers in response to the tragedy like maybe some substantive gun control legislation.
