This Wednesday, January 3 at 9am, we’ll talk to Michael Zweig, author of Class, Race and Gender: Challenging the Injuries and Divisions of Capitalism. Then we’ll interview Asya Stewart, co-founder of the new Sarasota Children’s Museum.

On December 20 at 9am we’ll talk to Cathy Bryant of Streets of Paradise about the work they do feeding and housing the homeless. Then at 9:30 Legal Aid of Manasota will speak to Janella Leibovitz, who oversees their Legal Lifeline for Youth initiative, and Jane Gill Watt, the founder of Impact100 SRQ.

November 29 at 9am our guest will be WSLR’s Jono Miller, President of NCF Freedom. We’ll talk about the organization’s  lawsuit opposing Florida law SB 266 and its discrimination against protected speech. Then we’ll talk to returning guest Bruce Gagnon, Coordinator of the Global Network Against Weapons & Nuclear Power in Space. He’ll talk about Gaza.

Coming up this Monday, Nov. 20, 9 am! Interview with the authors of a book who argue that, instead of focusing on how to save civilization, we should learn to live within the limits of the biosphere.
