In The World Fusion Orchestra , Gypsy Jazz meets up with funk, classical and hardcore fusion for an explosive shred fest with music from every corner of the globe.
Gustav Viehmeyer is an international composer and is the founder of The World Fusion Orchestra. Gustav has been recognized for his enigmatic compositions, multicultural influences and explosive performances as a virtuoso guitarist. Inspired by the music of Django Reinhardt, Gustav learned the guitar in the Gypsy Jazz style and later found a love for Bebop, Metal, Bluegrass and Classical. Gustav has had the pleasure to play with many of the greats from across the globe, playing in jazz and film festivals for people of all walks of life.
The ensemble features multi-platinum drummer Art Weiss and upright bassist Jack Berry.
