On Wednesday, the City of Bradenton Council will hold its first meeting since the power failure at the water plant and 48-hour water boil notice; it will also discuss the sale of the city hall land to a luxury developer. On Monday and Tuesday, the Sarasota City Commission will discuss the 2024-25 budget; on Wednesday it will discuss the judgment against the city in the Ziegler lawsuit. On Tuesday, the Sarasota Hospital Board will hold its monthly meeting.
