Hispanic Heritage Month is Sept. 15-Oct. 15, and WSLR is celebrating with “Hispanic Heritage Month Minutes,” which feature the voices of our Sarasota community.
Activists, educators, musicians and WSLR programmers will highlight contributions that Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America have made to history, society and culture.
Segments will air on weekdays at 9 a.m., 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. and on weekends at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 9 p.m.
