On the Peace & Justice Report this Wednesday January 5 at 9am we’ll first hear from David Wallis. He’s the Managing Director of the Economic Hardship Reporting Project. We’ll talk about that and about their new podcast Going for Broke.

Then we’ll talk to our old friend, UK activist Andy Worthington, an investigative journalist, author, campaigner, commentator and public speaker. Andy is an authority on Guantánamo and the “war on terror.” In addition to authoring The Guantanamo Files, he’s also the Co-founder of Close Guantánamo and We Stand With Shaker. The Guantanamo Bay prison has now been operating for twenty years!
