This Wednesday, March 25, at 9am, our first guest will be Sandra Frank, CEO of All Faiths Food Bank.
All Faiths Food Bank is the only food bank and largest hunger relief organization in Sarasota and DeSoto counties. A member of Feeding America and Feeding Florida, they provide millions of meals each year through programs and partnerships with charitable organizations in our community. In addition to food distribution, All Faiths Food Bank operates a number of innovative direct service programs that not only solve the immediate problem of hunger but strive to end hunger by helping families and individuals gain long-term food security, better health outcomes and self-sufficiency. Streets of Paradise is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation based in Sarasota with a two-fold outreach & awareness mission. They provide necessities of life to the homeless in our community through foodshares and street outreach and, as a member of the Continuum of Care for Sarasota and Manatee counties, they are the sole agency in the region dedicated to providing no-cost furnishings and goods to those transitioning into permanent housing through their Street to Home program.
