This Wednesday we talked to Fiona and Kira of Elevated Access, an organization of volunteer pilots who transport passengers at no cost to access the abortion or gender-affirming care they need. Learn about this amazing group and how they operate. Recent articles talk about EA are here and here.
They concluded by asking listeners to go to floridiansprotectingfreedom.com/petition/ and, if you’re a registered Florida voter, sign and send in the petition. If enough petitions are gathered by December, it will put the “Amendment to Limit Government Interference with Abortion” on the 2024 ballot, and if passed by 60%, create a constitutional amendment that explicitly blocks the implementation of laws that prohibit, delay, or restrict abortion access.
