On Wednesday, the City of Sarasota Planning Board will hear an appeal by neighbors against the revived Obsidian luxury high-rise. On Thursday, the Manatee County Commission will discuss rezoning 126 acres of agricultural land near Lakewood Ranch. On Friday, the Sarasota County Commission will hold its strategic planning retreat – at a Benderson Development-owned building.
