Support Our Great Local Jazz Artists

It’s fundraising week on The Blue Groove, Sunday, 7:00 pm-to 9:00 pm on WSLR 96.5 FM, streaming on WSLR.org. You’ll hear music from local jazz artists La Lucha, Gumbi Ortiz, Synia Carroll, Houston Person, Randi Sandke and a complete set from one of America’s premiere jazz artists, Dick Hyman.

Whether you call 941-894-6469 or go on-line at WSLR.org, your donation will go a long way to keeping local jazz alive and swinging’. And when you mention The Blue Groove, your donation will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, up to a $500 limit, by a very generous supporter of WSLR.

The station will be manned to accept your donations through Wednesday, 11/18 from 7:00 am-9:00 pm. Thanks, again, for supporting WSLR 96.5, your listener sponsored community radio station.
