Joining Steve and Lew this week is Dee Hunter (above) who is part of a coalition of civil rights advocates that launched the Voting Rights Project in Georgia, which is an effort to prevent yet another election from being stolen. Hunter will tell us how Republican officials in Georgia are trying to use CrossCheck and other methods to suppress certain voters in the state to fix the upcoming special election in the 6th District of Georgia.
Later, Joanne McCall, President of the Florida Education Association (FEA) the largest public school teachers union in the state, will comment on education expenditures in the current budget, including an increased shifting of funds for public education to private charter schools.
