HOWDY!

           Well, how has everybody been?  It has been a crazy start to the year for me.  But let’s not talk about me lets talk about “Acoustic Waves”!   I have a little news for you.  Starting this Wednesday night and extending for the next 4 weeks I will be partnering with my good friend Ishmael Katz we will be bringing to WSLR excerpts from the new acoustic novel by acclaimed Florida artist Brian Smalley called “Chosen”.  This is done in conjunction with “Black History” month happening in February.  This CD/novel is a murder Mystery that takes place in Belle Glade Florida.  So Starting this Wednesday Ishmael and I will feature this amazing story with you at the top of the show to last about 20 minutes or so.

         I am assured that you will find this story riveting as the music pulls you into wild journey with many twists and turns.  Tune in and listen to see what happens.  After the segments of “Chosen” are finished I’ll be returning to some great Americana music as well as some local singer/songwriters.  I look forward to seeing you “On Air” This Wednesday night at 7pm!
