I’ve seen thousands of reviews over the years, but this actually explains “A Deadhead”…
“REVIEW: stella
As a new fan of the Dead it was years before I realized the importance of the tears streaming down
the face of the girl beside me. She seemed to be having a religious experience. Now I know why”

REVIIEW: Bman1973
FINALLY!!! I love this pick by Hunter because the China>Rider criminally has Jerry dropped
out for most of the China well into the Rider and now he’s back!!!! great great choice…I’m gonna
give it five, 4 for the show and 1 for the trix…
REVIIEW: The Game gets Captured by the “Hunter”
Well Met ! Grate Thanks go out again to Hunter. Spectacular capture of the ambience of the

REVIIEW: Wonderful Audience Copy
So glad to see this posted because I’ve had this SBD for years but Jerry’s guitar is missing in
action on the board on the China>Rider, at least til mid way through the Rider…it’s like hiding in
the background and you can tell that Jerry laying down monumental leads but whoever was at the
soundboard missed something…so love the show and love the copy…
REVIIEW: Where’s the love??
Surprised to be the first to review this one…
Very good aud recording. Much better than any of the SBD sources which all seem to have
mixing issues. A strong setlist and a nicely played show. 2nd set pre drums is where it’s at for me
on this one. Well done China/Rider into a really good CC Rider. Always love a fine Peggy-O and
Sailor/Saint is well done also. Drums was pretty interesting on this one too, which for me is
rarely the case. The audience vibe helps this one along also. Sounds like a fun night. Musta been
pretty awesome to see the boys in a venue as small as a high school auditorium. This one seems
to take a back seat to the show 2 nights later, and maybe rightfully so, but this one is pretty good
in it’s own right. Well worth a listen IMO…..
REVIIEW: my favorite peggy-o
For me, this is one of the great shows. i’ve never found a peggy-o that makes me happier.
REVIIEW: Alaska 1980
I love all three shows at this venue. The boys play better each night culminating in a fantastic
performance on 6/21. This is a nice show. The China/Rider is done very well. Enjoy
REVIIEW: worth a listen
i threw this show on not knowing what to expect. I was pretty amazed at how tight they were, and
Jerry was especially articulate and in control, which i love. Bobbys vocals even his backups were
rich and strong. The solo in They love each other nearly blew away. I dont know, I dug it. worth a
listen.
REVIIEW: peggy-o
i dont know how many times they played peggy-o in the second set, but it is def a rare occasion.
danks charlie for all your work.
REVIIEW: Peggy-O 2nd set
Great sounding show.
REVIIEW: Peggy-O
This is the best version of Peggy-O for me to date.
Jerry’s lead is spot on, so awesome , Ive listened to it 100x or more. Jerry is truly missed
